DOCUMENTO 6727. OFICIO DE SALOM PARA EL CORONEL OBANDO. FECHADO EN CARIACO EL 15 DE ABRIL DE 1822, EN EL CUAL DE ORDEN DE BOLÍVAR, LE INFORMA QUE ANTE LA AUSENCIA DEL GENERAL BARRETO, QUEDA OBANDO A LAS ORDENES DE VALDES.*
