Al señor General Antonio José de Sucre. Señor General:

Tengo el honor de acompañar a V. S. los partes que acaban de recibirse de las partidas de vanguardia. Ellos van atrasados, y calculo que V. S. habrá ya tenido por otro conducto las noticias que ellos con­tienen, pero sin embargo los mando por si fueren útiles para cualquier confrontación.
