DOCUMENTO 6861. OFICIO DE A. MORALES PARA EL GENERAL SUCRE, FECHADO EN GUAYAQUIL EL 26 DE JULIO DE 1822, EN EL CUAL POR MANDATO DE BOLÍVAR, SE REFIERE A RATIFICAR LO QUE YA HA SIDO PREVENIDO PARA EL CORONEL CESTARI.*
